WHAT WE DO

Castings first, backed by the machinery behind them.

Custom castings are at the core of what we do. From mining and quarrying wear parts to components for a wide range of industrial applications, we support customers with tailored casting solutions. We also supply foundry machinery and complete production lines, giving customers access to both the parts they need and the equipment behind their production.

MINING & QUARRYING CASTINGS

Mining Wear Castings

We manufacture wear-resistant castings for mining and crushing equipment, including jaw plates, cone crusher liners, mill liners, hammers, blow bars, wear plates and heavy housings. Materials include high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, alloy steel and ductile iron, with each part produced to your machine model, part number, drawing or sample.

MADE TO DRAWING

Custom Castings Across Industries

Our capabilities extend beyond mining. Using customer drawings or samples, we produce custom cast components for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, pumps and valves, industrial machinery, energy and transport applications — supported by casting, heat treatment, machining and inspection.

PROCESSES

Four production routes, chosen against the part.

Each route covers a different balance of geometry, surface finish, tooling cost and production volume. The comparison is made against the drawing before a route is recommended.

WHY BUYERS WORK WITH US

One supplier for the part and the process around it.

Most casting projects are handled in one place — the part is quoted by one supplier and the equipment that produces it by another. We keep both in the same technical review, so your requirement and production plan stay aligned.

  • Simpler communication
  • Faster decisions
  • More reliable delivery
  • 4 production routesGreen sand, shell moulding, lost foam and investment casting.
  • Made to drawing / sampleNon-standard geometry is our normal case.
  • 5,400+ part typesFor construction, mining, agriculture, automotive and more.
  • ISO / IATF systemsQuality, automotive, environmental and safety management.
  • 01

Castings and the equipment behind them

The part, the process and the machines that make it are reviewed together, so technical and production planning stay aligned.

  • 02

    Four production routes in house

Green sand, shell moulding, lost foam and investment casting are all part of our own production scope, chosen to match the part and its requirements.

  • 03

Made to drawing, not to a fixed catalogue

Most work is produced from customer drawings or samples. Non-standard geometry and unlisted requirements are the normal case, not an exception.

HISTORY

From a single casting workshop to a casting and equipment supplier.

Over 40 years of production, with the equipment range added as customers began asking for the process behind the part.

  1. 1986

    Company founded

The foundry is established as an iron casting workshop supplying regional machinery manufacturers.

  2. 1990s

    Sand casting routes expanded

Green sand and shell moulding are brought in as the supply base moves from single parts to repeat production.

  3. 2000s

Lost foam and investment casting added

Two further production routes are introduced, and export business begins alongside domestic supply.

  4. 2010s

    Machining and inspection capability

In-house finishing, heat treatment and inspection are added, together with the casting equipment range.

  5. 2020s

    Plant and R&D expansion

Production plant, office and R&D building are extended; more than 5,400 part types are now supplied for machinery and transport applications.

FACILITIES

Made visible through the work behind the order.

Production, machining, inspection and packing are handled as one connected workflow, so the condition of a part can be followed from casting through to shipment.

  • Foundry workshopMelting, molding and pouring under one production plan.
  • Machining and finishingDownstream preparation matched to the drawing requirement.
  • Inspection and packingChecks and packing before release, documented per order.

BUYER FAQ

The questions we are asked most often.

If your requirement is not covered here, send the drawing or specification and we will answer it against the actual project.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Our own plant produces general castings, medium- and high-alloy wear-resistant castings, hardware castings and non-standard castings on four production routes, and we supply the casting equipment and consumables used around those processes. The part and the process behind it come from the same place.

What castings can you produce, and what if our part is an unusual one?

Our range covers general, wear-resistant, hardware and non-standard castings, pipe fittings, valves and made-to-drawing industrial components, cast in high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, alloy steel or ductile iron. The four routes do not carry the same size, weight or quantity range, so those are checked against your drawing first and confirmed in the quotation. An unusual part is the normal case for us rather than an exception.

Can you work from our drawing, a sample, or tooling we already own?

Yes. A project can start from a drawing, an equipment model, a part number or a physical sample. If you already own a pattern or tooling, send the details with the drawing: whether it can be used depends on its condition and on the machine it was built for, so it is answered in the technical review. Ownership and storage of any tooling are agreed with you before production starts.

What documentation comes with an order?

Documentation is agreed per order rather than issued as one fixed package, because a wear part and a pressure-retaining fitting do not need the same evidence. Typical requests are the material grade with a heat or batch reference, hardness or mechanical results, dimensional records, and a certificate of conformity. Tell us which of these the project needs and it is written into the quotation, so what will be issued is known before the order is placed.

Who reviews the drawing before production, and how are changes handled?

Every requirement goes through one technical review against the drawing, where the route, the material, the as-cast and machined scope, the inspection points and any sample or first-off approval the project needs are settled. A later revision is handled against the same released drawing, so a change is agreed and priced before it is produced rather than discovered during the run.

Do you supply outside China, and how does a project start?

Yes, our products are supplied worldwide. Send the drawing or specification through the form on this page and you will have a reply within 12–24 hours setting out the route and whatever information is still needed. Drawings and technical files are kept confidential, and commercial terms, packing and shipping are agreed per order rather than fixed in advance.
