Brand names identify catalog references and do not imply affiliation. Model references alone do not confirm compatibility. Numbered references distinguish source entries and do not establish different geometries.

APPLICATION & SELECTION

Application Requirements

Explainer card pairing five crusher types - jaw, cone, impact, hammer and double roll - with a representative wear part for each, noting that crusher type or model alone does not confirm a fit

Crusher Type & Model

Name the crusher type and model so the wear-part family can be confirmed.

Explainer card with a labelled cone crusher chamber section showing the mantle, the cavity profile and the concave or bowl liner, above a rotor diagram marking the blow bar position

Chamber or Rotor Configuration

For cone crushers give the cavity profile; for impact crushers the rotor and bar position.

Cast crusher hammer with its cast-in reference and made-in-China marking boxed on the casting and shown again magnified beside it, with notes on reading a reference from the parts book

Existing Part Reference

Read the part number from the parts book or from the worn casting.

Explainer card setting high-manganese and alloy steel against abrasion resistance and impact toughness, with rock type, abrasiveness and throughput listed as what decides the grade

Feed Material & Duty

Describe the rock, its abrasiveness and the throughput so the material grade can be reviewed.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Which crusher wear parts are listed in this category?

The catalog covers jaw crusher plates, cone crusher mantles and concaves, impact crusher blow bars, hammer crusher hammers and double roll crusher shells and teeth. Entries are grouped by crusher type, and each group is a source reference group rather than a specification.

How do I identify the correct wear part?

Start with the crusher make and model, then the part number from the parts book or from the worn casting. Add the chamber or rotor configuration where it applies, and photographs or dimensions of the part currently fitted. Crusher type or model alone does not confirm a fit.

Why do the same references look different in the photographs?

The photographs are foundry shots. Some parts are shown painted, some as cast, some singly on a white background and some in workshop batches. Paint and background are not part of the specification, so dimensions, weight and material are confirmed from the drawing or from the existing part.

Can wear parts be produced from a drawing or a sample?

Yes. Send the drawing or the worn part together with the material and hardness requirements and the quantity. Geometry, material and inspection requirements are reviewed for each part before a quotation is prepared.

Do you supply different material grades for the same part?

High-manganese and alloy steel options are both used for crusher wear parts, and the choice is made against the feed, because abrasion resistance and impact toughness trade against each other. The grade is confirmed during technical review rather than assumed from the reference.

What should a bulk-order inquiry include?

Send the reference for each part, the quantity required, the destination and any drawing, hardness or inspection requirement. Listing the parts by crusher makes it easier to quote a complete wear-parts set.
