This policy covers the information collected through this website: the project inquiry and contact forms, the document upload, and the technical data recorded while you browse. It applies to the information you choose to send us while evaluating or placing a casting, foundry equipment or production line requirement.
We are a manufacturer rather than a data business. Information is collected to answer a technical and commercial enquiry and to produce the parts or equipment that follow from it, not to build advertising audiences.
Information collected
We collect what the review needs and not more than that.
Information you submit: your name, company, work email address, telephone or messaging number, country, the part or application you are working on, quantities, the documentation you need, and any message you write.
Files you choose to upload: drawings, 3D models, photographs, specifications and similar technical documents that support the enquiry.
Technical information: the pages visited on this site, the approximate region a connection comes from, the device and browser type, and the page that referred you here. This is recorded in aggregate and is described under cookies and analytics below.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and no payment card details are collected through this website. Please send only the personal information the review actually requires.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess technical requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate production and delivery, improve our services and meet legal or contractual obligations.
In practice that means: reviewing your drawing or sample against the material, process and inspection requirements; answering technical questions before any order exists; preparing and sending a quotation; planning production, finishing, inspection and shipment if an order follows; keeping the project record needed for traceability, warranty and accounting; and understanding which pages of this site are useful so the technical content can be improved.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages, and we do not add inquiry addresses to a mailing list.
Where information is processed
Our team is based in China, and the hosting, storage and email providers used by this site may process information in other countries. Information transferred this way remains covered by this policy and keeps the confidentiality understood for drawings and technical files.
Security
Uploaded drawings and technical files are stored privately rather than on a public server, and access is limited to the staff who need it to review or produce the part. Other measures include encrypted transport between your browser and this site, temporary rather than permanent download links for stored files, and scheduled removal of uploads that are never submitted with an inquiry.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization. Send only what the review needs, and agree a separate document-sharing method with us before sending anything particularly sensitive.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and record-keeping requirements. Requests can be submitted through the contact options published on this website.
You can also ask us to stop further correspondence, and you can control or delete cookies through your browser. Where a request cannot be met in full — for example where a record has to be kept for warranty or accounting reasons — we will say what is kept and why.
Children
This site is written for business and engineering use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and it will be removed.
