Sharing and retention

Project information may be shared with authorized employees and service providers only when needed to evaluate or fulfil a request. Information should be retained only for legitimate business, contractual and legal purposes.

When file upload is available, drawings and technical files are stored privately using Cloudflare R2. Authorized staff can obtain temporary download links. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours and are scheduled for removal. Files attached to a submitted inquiry are retained with the project record; you can contact us using the published contact details to request deletion. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
