Front loader teeth
Loader bucket teeth are the same parts whether the machine is called a front loader, a front end loader or a wheel loader: the tooth fits a holder on the base edge and takes the wear that would otherwise reach the edge and the bucket floor.
The catalog groups them by position rather than by machine name, because a bucket carries different parts at the corner positions and through the centre. A loader also carries, levels and back-drags with the bucket, so its teeth wear on the underside before the point is reached - a wear pattern that is normal on a loader and rare on an excavator.
This page supplies teeth, sleeves and holders. Complete buckets and bucket assemblies are outside what is listed here.
Center, side, sleeve and adapter
A loader bucket is built from four part families. Center teeth sit between the corners and carry most of the digging and carrying load. Side teeth are handed: a left reference and a right reference are not interchangeable, because the corner geometry mirrors. The sleeve is the replaceable tooth that fits over the holder nose and takes the wear, and the adapter or holder is the base fixed to the edge that carries it.
Ordering by position matters because one machine can use different references at the corner and through the centre, and a mixed set is what later shows up as uneven corner wear.
Bolt-on loader teeth
Loader teeth mount either on a pin through the holder nose or on a bolted connection. A bolted tooth or base can be changed at the machine without welding, which is why it appears on loaders that work away from a workshop; the fastener has to be checked for tension at every change, because a bolt that has lost its preload lets the tooth move, and that movement wears the holder.
The catalog lists both forms across brands. Which one applies is confirmed from the existing part and the holder rather than from the machine model alone.
Brand coverage
The references on this page carry SDLG, LiuGong, SANY, XCMG, Lonking, Doosan, SEM and Gangfeng labels. Brand and model names identify the source reference an entry was collected under; they do not imply affiliation with the equipment manufacturers, and a model alone does not confirm fit.
CAT, Volvo, Komatsu, John Deere and Case loader references are not listed in this catalog. Where a machine is not covered, a drawing, a worn part or a part number is enough to start a review, and the part is quoted as a custom casting rather than matched against a listed reference.
Numbers in the reference names are source catalog labels, not sizes, machine classes or universal part numbers.

BUILT FOR REAL WORK
Applications
Loader teeth, sleeves and holders for abrasive bulk handling and mixed site ground.

Aggregates & Sand
Replacement teeth for stockpiling and loading loose aggregate, where the tooth stays in contact with abrasive material through the cycle.

Quarry & Crushed Rock
Teeth for face loading and stockpile work in crushed stone and shot rock, where abrasion and impact arrive together.

Bulk Material Handling
Teeth, sleeves and holders for stockyards and transfer points where the loader keeps a high cycle count through the shift.

Site Earthworks & Backfilling
Teeth for mixed ground, trench backfill and levelling, where the bucket is also dragged across the surface to grade.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Which loader references are listed in this category?
The source labels include SDLG, LiuGong, Lonking, SANY, Doosan, SEM, XCMG and Gangfeng, covering center teeth, side teeth, tooth sleeves and adapters. Brand and model names identify the catalog entry a part was collected from and do not imply affiliation with the equipment manufacturer. Fit is confirmed from your own part number, a photograph of the worn part and the holder it sits on.
Are loader bucket teeth the same as excavator bucket teeth?
No. The two machines work the bucket differently, so the tooth ranges differ: a loader bucket digs, carries, levels and back-drags, which puts wear on the underside of the tooth, while an excavator tooth is worked mainly by its point. Loader tooth ranges therefore carry fewer profiles, and a tooth of similar outside size cannot be moved between the two machines unless the holder nose and the retaining system match. Confirm the connection rather than the dimensions.
How do I tell a center tooth, a side tooth, a tooth sleeve and an adapter apart?
Position and component are two different things, which is why the catalog is split this way. Center and side name the position on the bucket: center positions run along the base edge and side teeth sit at the two corners, where a left and a right part are not interchangeable. A tooth sleeve is the replaceable tooth that fits over the holder and meets the ground; the adapter, also called a holder or base, is the part fixed to the bucket edge that carries it. Most buckets need all of them, so list the requirement position by position rather than by part name alone.
Do you supply bolt-on or weld-on holders for loader buckets?
Both forms are listed. A bolt-on holder straddles the bucket edge, with an opening between the legs and a bolt pattern through the mounting plates; it can be changed without welding and can move to another bucket of the same size, but the joint works under vibration and the bolts are re-checked at each tooth change. A weld-on adapter is welded to the lip and is treated as the permanent part of the system. Send the machine model, the edge it mounts on and the tooth it carries so the form can be confirmed.
How many teeth does my bucket need, and can the count be changed?
The count follows the arrangement already on your bucket: the positions are set by the holes or the welded bases on the base edge, and the two corners are always positions of their own. Replacing a set therefore means matching the existing arrangement rather than choosing a number. Count the occupied and empty positions, note the total and the two corner positions, and send that with a photograph of the whole bucket front.
Which form is right - standard or rock?
Match the form to the ground and to the way the current teeth fail. Standard sleeves carry a general-purpose profile and suit mixed and softer material; rock forms carry extra material around the working end for abrasive, compacted or broken ground. Where the loader also levels and back-drags, it is the material below the wear line that keeps the profile as the tooth wears back. If the teeth break or come off rather than wearing away, the form is not the cause and the holder and retaining system are checked first.
