01 / COMPLETE LINE OVERVIEW

Connect the production areas without reducing the process to a conveyor line.

Shell building follows a cycle, drying includes a controlled hold, and dewax remains separate from burnout / preheat. The overview shows the connected line logic rather than fixed equipment quantities.

04 / LINE CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

Choose a supply scope that fits the project stage.

Investment Casting automation is typically section-based and process-dependent. Scope can begin with one machine, a connected section or a complete line.

01 / SUPPLY SCOPE

Single Machine Supply

For a replacement, capacity addition or one-stage upgrade.

  • Manual
  • Semi-automatic

Start from an existing machine interface, section requirement and practical project objective.

Discuss This Scope
02 / SUPPLY SCOPE

Section Solution

For a Wax, Shell, Dewax & Burnout, Casting or Finishing section.

  • Manual
  • Semi-automatic
  • Automated / Robotic Sections

Define connections, handling and controls around one coherent production area.

Discuss This Scope

05 / CAPACITY & PROJECT INPUTS

A line is configured from the project information, not a fixed catalogue number.

Share what is already known. The engineering review translates inputs into an equipment scope, section interfaces, material flow and a workshop concept.
